What we collect when you use wolfwebagency.com or work with us, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it – in plain English.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
This policy explains how W-Wolf Agency OU (Wolf Web Agency), the company behind wolfwebagency.com, handles your personal data. Because we’re an EU company, everything here follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Estonian data-protection law.
1. Information we collect
- Contact details – name, email, phone number, company name, and address where relevant.
- Enquiry and project data – the content of your messages and the work we do together.
- Technical data – IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and how you use the site.
- Billing data – company registry code, invoice details, payment and contract information.
2. How we use it
- To provide our services – replying to you, preparing proposals, delivering and managing projects, and invoicing.
- To communicate – answering enquiries and, only with your consent, sending updates or marketing.
- To run and improve the site – analytics, security, and technical maintenance.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations – keeping the records the law requires.
3. Sharing and third parties
We share data only with the providers who help us operate – web hosting, analytics and advertising partners (such as Google), payment providers, and accounting – and where the law or a public authority requires it. We do not sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with third-party marketers without your clear consent.
4. How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as the law requires, then we delete it. Accounting records, for example, are kept for the period Estonian law sets.
5. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it, where the law allows;
- restrict or object to its use, including for marketing or analytics;
- ask for a copy of it in a portable format;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority – in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
To exercise any of these, email hello@wolfwebagency.com and we’ll take care of it.
7. Cookies and tracking
wolfwebagency.com uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and advertising. The full detail – what each type does and how to control it – is in our Cookie policy.
8. International data transfers
Some of the providers we use (for example Google) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, the transfer relies on an appropriate safeguard – such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision – so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The current version always lives on this page, with the “last updated” date at the top.
